The association Tandem 4/14 is a non-profit association, registered with the Prefecture in Burgundy, according to the French law of 1901 which regulates associations. The aim of the association is to promote cultural exchanges between France and The United States of America in the areas of music, the arts, and gastronomy; universal languages which can be shared by everyone.
